About The Role :
We are hiring for one of our prime clients seeking an experienced Lead Fleet Maintenance Technician to ensure safe, efficient, and high-performing fleet operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on diesel mechanic with a passion for problem-solving and precision.
What You’ll Do
- Inspect, repair, and maintain diesel trucks and trailers to meet safety and performance standards.
- Diagnose and resolve diesel engine issues, from minor repairs to major overhauls.
- Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, filter replacements, and brake checks.
- Troubleshoot and repair trailer systems—brakes, suspension, electrical, lighting, and hydraulics.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and comply with safety regulations.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years of experience as a diesel and/or trailer mechanic.
- Strong knowledge of trailer systems, hydraulics, suspension, and electrical.
- CDL or technical certifications preferred (not mandatory).
- Physically capable of lifting and handling heavy equipment.
- Reliable team player committed to safety and quality.
