This includes working with case goods, leather, and upholstery products to resolve minor to moderate damages. Key Responsibilities
- Perform on-site repairs for various product types with minimal supervision.
- Repair and refinish furniture surfaces, including tables, case pieces, and small corner damages.
- Execute minor rebuilds, surface refinishing, and part replacements.
- Set up and operate spray booths and other repair equipment as needed.
- Maintain repair tools, hardware, and workspace cleanliness.
- Assess product damage and determine the most efficient repair method.
- Collaborate with warehouse and inspection personnel to ensure quality standards.
- Document recurring damage issues and recommend preventive measures.
- Accurately report unresolved or incomplete repairs.
- Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
What You’ll Bring

- 2 years of experience in furniture repair, restoration, or related trade preferred.
