We are seeking a Automation Technician to join our Accounting & Finance team. Our large in-house finance department works daily to elevate our multi-billion-dollar business, and we are looking for an experienced payroll professional to supervise payroll processes and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise payroll staff and oversee the payroll process for all weekly hourly payrolls.
- Assist with general accounting tasks, including preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and troubleshooting general ledger issues.
- Ensure timely completion of weekly payrolls.
- Handle and resolve escalated payroll issues.
- Manage, coordinate, and support special projects within the payroll department.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Associate Degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience (Required).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll and general accounting (Required).
- Supervisory/management experience (Preferred).
- Certified Payroll Professional (Preferred).
