About The Role :
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily maintenance activities, ensuring efficient operations, high-quality production, and optimal equipment performance across the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance and electro-mechanical teams to support production operations.
- Oversee machine maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Troubleshoot CNC machinery, PLCs, motor controls, and automation systems.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Support production management with equipment operation, training, and maintenance planning.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of CNC equipment, PLC programming, and HMI systems.
- Experience with three-phase power systems and multiple control voltages.
- Skilled in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical assemblies.
- Proficient with shop tools, testing, and measuring equipment.
- Leadership and team management experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
