We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead our procurement and supply chain operations with integrity, strategic vision, and a focus on excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, plan, and manage all purchasing and supply chain functions, including supplier sourcing, procurement, requisitions, and shipment expediting.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Direct and coordinate global supply chain activities while monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including Sales, Engineering, Production, and Logistics—to optimize material flow, inventory levels, and distribution solutions.
- Analyze inventory, sales, and market trends to forecast material needs and support long-term production planning.
- Qualify and develop new suppliers, assess performance, and resolve quality, production, or delivery issues.
- Manage and mentor supply chain personnel, including training, performance feedback, and professional development.
- Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records, ensuring database integrity and compliance with company policies.
- Proactively recommend improvements to processes, systems, and practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- BS Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of supply chain experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Experience in aluminum and electrical supply chains preferred.
- CPM and/or Six Sigma certification highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with MRP systems and automated inventory management.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate inventory, sales, and procurement data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to build positive relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and highly professional.
