Available Shifts
- Full-Time Overnight Shift: 8hr Shifts
- Part-Time Overnight Shift: 8hr Shifts
Pay & Benefits
- Starting pay: $18.00/hour
- Increase to $19.00/hour after 90 days (based on performance)
- Performance-based raises after probationary period
- Consistent hours: 24–40 hours per week

Responsibilities
- Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or rule violations
- Maintain a strong security presence
- De-escalate conflicts and handle incidents professionally
- Enforce company policies and site procedures
- Write detailed incident reports as needed
Requirements
- NC Armed Guard Card (priority interviewing)
- MUST have NC Unarmed Guard Card
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Must have clean driving record
