Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outside Sales Representative, located in Houston, TX. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining and strengthening relationships with clients, delivering effective sales presentations, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves identifying client needs, proposing tailored solutions, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications
- Sales Presentations and New Business Development skills to effectively engage potential clients and drive revenue growth
- Relationship Building skills to foster long-term partnerships with clients and key stakeholders
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to understand client needs and ensure satisfaction
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work independently in a results-driven environment
- Experience in the automotive or coatings industry is a plus
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software is advantageous
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as required by
- Spanish speaking required
