Cashier/Receptionist

Tasca Automotive Group is currently seeking a dedicated Cashier/Receptionist to join our team at our dealership located in Berlin, CT. As part of our family-owned and operated business, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Job Summary:
As a Cashier/Receptionist at Tasca Automotive Group, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our dealership. You will handle cash transactions, provide information about services and products, and ensure a seamless experience for all visitors.

Responsibilities:
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) system for processing transactions
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with inquiries and provide information on products/services
- Maintain organized and tidy cashier/reception area
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Support the service team with customer inquiries and appointments along with CSI

Experience:
- Previous experience in cashiering or receptionist roles preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of wireless sales or electronics sales is advantageous
- Proficiency in retail math for handling transactions accurately
- Organizational skills to manage cash, stock, and sell effectively
