Role Description

The Sales Consultant role at Tasca Automotive Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Boston, MA. The individual will be responsible for engaging with customers to determine their automotive needs, consulting on vehicle features and benefits, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include identifying prospective customers, conducting test drives, following up with clients, and maintaining detailed knowledge of the dealership’s inventory. The Sales Consultant will aim to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets and building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Sales Consulting and Consulting to understand customer needs and recommend suitable automotive solutions
• Excellent skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure a positive and personalized client experience
• Strong verbal and written Communication abilities to effectively engage with customers and team members
• Proven ability to build relationships and work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Previous sales experience is a plus, especially in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of vehicle models, features, and financing options is desirable
• A valid driver’s license is required
