QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage leads effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Positive attitude and outgoing demeanor
- All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing including a background check and drug screen
- Automotive knowledge is a plus
- Bilingual capabilities are a plus
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls to help customers with service needs and setting appointments
- Work off a call list provided to you to set appointments
- Tracking appointments and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborating with our advisor team and service manager to communicate customer concerns and provide accurate information
