tasc is searching for an experienced and detail-oriented Customer Service/Operations Associate. The right candidate will be reliable, work quickly while providing excellent work output, and have a customer-first mentality.
Who Should Apply
As tasc’s Customer Service Associate, you will need to be well organized, comfortable with learning web-based software systems such as Shopify, NetSuite and RepSpark, can multi-task and have proper phone etiquette. You will need to be able to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise to help our loyal customer base. You will have a seasoned and talented team working alongside you to assist in your success.
What You’ll Do
- Manage incoming calls
- Assist with the placement and processing of orders, refunds/exchanges
- Approving B2B customer orders
- Keeping customers and Sales representatives up to date on the status of their orders
- Providing customer support via email
- Online customer support
- Invoicing of daily orders
- Light warehouse/order processing on occasion
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned and directed
Requirements:
- Associates degree or higher. Relevant work experience to be considered as a substitute for degree
- Previous experience in customer service and/or B2B operations
- Self-motivated
- Professional and polite attitude
- Time management skills
- General computer skills
