All Sheet Metal Fabricators require good manufacturing and fabrication skills, great communication, and strong safety awareness! You’ll also need to have good attention to detail, accuracy & professionalism, a great attendance record, and the ability to get along well with others.
In this role, you will put your skills to good use by:
- Setting up and operating hand and power tools common to the sheet metal trade.
- Laying out, positioning, aligning, riveting and securing parts and assemblies prior to assembly.
- Operating various sheet metal shears, brake presses, roll former, rivet machine and other sheet metal operations.
- Responsible for the cleanliness and organization of their work area.
- Performs work duties in a safe manner and always adheres to company safety policies and procedures.

Recommended requirements:
- High School diploma or its GED equivalent
- 1 or more years of experience working in a sheet metal fabrication capacity.

- Must be able to work independently, use sound judgment, and make thoughtful decisions in a timely manner.
- Must be able to communicate well interpersonally, as well as can follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be able to understand and abide by company policies and procedures.
