HOURS
Up to 40 hours per week.
CATEGORIES OF DUTIES
- Receive and handle large amount of incoming calls
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Gather and enter patient information into our database
- Frequently attend educational seminars / trainings
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- High school degree or G.E.D
LICENSES/CERTIFICATES
None
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or G.E.D. Two (2) years of college preferred. At least two (2) years data entry experience preferred. Computer skills required. Experience working with underserved populations helpful.
