Key Responsibilities
- Oversee customer service operations to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery
- Handle and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and care
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Assist with day-to-day shop operations such as garment inspections, preparing orders for customers, and other small tasks
- Work Hours: Monday - Friday 12- 7 pm and Saturdays 12-5 pm

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in retail or hospitality
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
