Wedding Planner + Designer

Harlow & Oak, a sister brand to Taryn Stark Wyant Event Planning & Design, brings timeless style and intentional design to the modern Southern couple. Based in North Carolina, we create curated celebrations that reflect each couple’s unique story—with warmth, sophistication, and soul.

We are seeking a Wedding Planner Designer to join our growing team under the Platinum Weddings & Events umbrella. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, detail-oriented, and deeply passionate about hospitality and design. You’ll manage planning, design development, vendor coordination, and on-site execution for Harlow & Oak weddings, while also supporting our extended family of brands, including Hunt Vineyard Weddings and TSWED.

• Lead full-service wedding planning from initial inquiry through event completion
• Curate event design decks and proposals aligned with H&O’s aesthetic
• Manage vendor communication, contracts, and coordination
• Conduct venue visits and walkthroughs
• Oversee event-day timelines and ensure a seamless guest experience
• Support brand partnerships, editorials, and styled shoots
• Occasionally serve as an executive assistant for Taryn Stark Wyant on select events

• Minimum 2 years of experience in event or wedding planning
• Strong eye for design and detail
• Excellent communication, organization, and client-relations skills
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to North Carolina
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Canva, and project management tools a plus

• Annual Salary: $45,000 (Full-Time)
• Performance Bonuses: 5–10% based on contracted revenue milestones
