Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute the North American marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with global objectives and market-specific needs.
- Oversee e-commerce and marketplace strategies to achieve sales goals across multiple product brands.
- Collaborate with the executive team to drive growth, strengthen brand equity, and increase market share.
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate marketing, product development, and sales initiatives seamlessly.
- Enhance customer experience by developing customer-centric marketing strategies and programs.
- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new and existing product lines, including IoT innovations and category consolidations.
Revenue Growth & Channel Expansion
- Design and execute data-driven lead generation strategies across digital and traditional marketing channels to drive high-quality B2B leads.
- Lead initiatives to grow e-commerce revenue, including expansion on Amazon and other marketplace platforms.
- Allocate and manage the marketing budget strategically to maximize ROI, adjusting spending based on performance insights.
- Conduct profitability analyses by product, channel, and service to maintain margins and guide strategic decisions.
Product Management
- Oversee and mentor product managers responsible for the North American portfolio.
- Ensure alignment between product strategies, market needs, and company vision to achieve profitability goals.
- Foster collaboration between engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing to deliver successful product launches.
- Promote data-driven decision-making and customer insights to optimize product lifecycle management.
Brand and Campaign Management
- Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and retail environments.
- Ensure brand consistency and impactful messaging for diverse audiences across all communication channels.
- Oversee visual identity and brand storytelling to maintain brand integrity and engagement.
- Evaluate campaign performance using analytics and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
Team Management & Development
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team focused on innovation and results.

- Present marketing performance insights and strategic updates to the C-Suite and global leadership teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a strong focus on B2B and B2C brand strategy.
- Proven expertise in leading GTM strategies, including IoT and retail product launches.
- Exceptional people management and mentorship skills with cross-functional leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success in strategic budget management and performance analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to influence senior executives.
- Strong analytical mindset and experience using data to guide business and product decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Preferred Skills
- Background in consumer goods, pest control, or industrial equipment industries.
- Experience with marketing technology platforms such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, Klaviyo, BigCommerce, and Monday.com.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, e-commerce, and Amazon marketplace management.

Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
