Accounts Receivable/ Cash Applications

I'm partnering with a rapidly growing Texas-based organization that's looking to add an AR / Cash Applications Specialist to their accounting team due to continued expansion.

If you're someone who enjoys digging into cash applications, reconciliations, and solving payment discrepancies, this could be a great fit.

What they're looking for:

• 3 years of Cash Applications, Accounts Receivable, or Collections experience
• Strong account reconciliation and investigative/problem-solving skills
• High-volume cash application experience (ACH, wire, checks, credit cards)
• Advanced Excel skills
• ERP experience (Sage Intacct is a plus)
• Someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys taking ownership

Day-to-day includes:

• Processing and applying customer payments

• Preparing deposits and reconciling cash activity

• Investigating unapplied cash, short pays, and overpayments

• Partnering with billing and collections teams to resolve discrepancies

• Supporting month-end close and maintaining audit-ready documentation
