Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and surface sanitation to meet high standards of cleanliness.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to ensure hygienic environments.
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently.
- Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing to keep surfaces spotless and well-maintained.
- Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or cleaning supplies safely and effectively.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Use janitorial and custodial experience to perform outdoor work when necessary, including patio or porch cleaning.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management with strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floors, and outdoor areas with proper techniques for each material.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, mops, and scrubbers.
- Ability to implement cleaning and sanitation procedures adhering to health standards.
