About the Role:
As a Team Lead in the manufacturing industry, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and guiding a team of production employees to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes. Your primary objective will be to coordinate daily operations, optimize workflow, and maintain safety standards while meeting production targets. You will act as a liaison between management and frontline workers, facilitating clear communication and fostering a collaborative work environment. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying areas for process improvement and implementing solutions to enhance productivity and product quality. Your leadership will directly impact the operational success and continuous improvement of the manufacturing facility.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality control.
- Proficiency in using production management software and basic computer applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related field.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Certification in safety management or team leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage change effectively.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced data analysis tools.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of manufacturing employees to achieve daily production goals.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate work schedules, assign tasks, and manage resources effectively.

- Resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain workflow.
