Position Summary:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic advisor to leaders and employees across multiple manufacturing locations. This role focuses on fostering a positive work environment, talent development, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic advisor to leaders and employees across multiple manufacturing locations. This role focuses on fostering a positive work environment, talent development, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with plant leadership to drive HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team.
- Facilitate training and development programs to support workforce growth.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Analyze HR metrics and develop action plans to improve employee engagement and retention. Support change management initiatives and organizational development projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or multi-site environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in employee relations and talent management.
- Ability to travel to assigned sites as needed. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions:
- Dunnville, KY onsite at manufacturing facilities.
- Position would require occasional travel to other Tarter sites as needed. May require occasional evening or weekend work.
