- Developing a high-level strategy for managing corporate finances.
- Set strategic vision of the FP&A function.
- Drive the profitability of Tarsus FP&A service offering by efficiently deploying processes & resources in fulfillment of client SOWs.
- Evaluating team performance.
- Assessing reports to identify new growth opportunities.
- Providing insights, recommendations, and risk assessments to executives and shareholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA strongly preferred.
- 10 years of FP&A experience, with extensive leadership responsibilities.
- Exceptional strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
- Excellent communicator with demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial concepts to senior stakeholders.
- Experience working in Software / SaaS or in a Startup, preferred.
