Job Responsibilities, not limited to:
- To create the ultimate buying experience from the moment of online engagement
- Interact with clients through email, text, and phone calls
- Understand and maintain current knowledge of automobiles sold by the dealership by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models; inspecting automobiles
- Build relationships with new potential customers and develop buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions
- Qualify buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport
- Maintain contact information and follow up information on all sales leads and customers in the database
Job Requirements, not limited to:
- Previous Automotive experience a plus
- Previous BDC experience a plus
- Knowledge of scripts
- CDK experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Microsoft office knowledge
- Bilingual is a plus
- Valid driver's license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
