Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30a-6:00pCST
Location: ONSITE in our Lawrence, KS facility

Duties & Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently enter new or renewed orders
- Adjudicate insurance claims and resolve rejections
- Properly handle order exceptions and clarifications such as refill-too-soon, invalid orders, etc.
- Communicate effectively with leadership and peers
- Achieve or exceed productivity standards in a fast-paced environment
Skills & Abilities
- Minimum one year experience in order entry in a retail or long-term care pharmacy setting
- Must possess a KS State Board of Pharmacy Technician License.
- PTCB is required.
- Experience with FrameworkLTC is preferred.
- Type an average of 60 wpm.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Can meet order deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Understands basic pharmacy language to interpret prescriptions.
- Can perform pharmacy calculations.
- Is available for occasional overtime.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to withstand long hours of computer screen time.
- Repetitive motion deskwork.
