Commercial Administrator

Tarrant Roofing LLC is a growing roofing company specializing in commercial roofing, residential roofing, new construction, repairs, and exterior solutions. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Administrator to support our Commercial Division and help keep projects running smoothly from start to completion.

The Commercial Administrator will provide administrative support to the Commercial Roofing team by managing project documentation, coordinating communication, assisting with billing processes, maintaining records, and helping ensure projects are completed efficiently and accurately.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary Based on Experience

• 2 years of administrative experience (construction experience preferred)
• Experience supporting commercial projects preferred
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with construction management software a plus
• Ability to read and understand contracts and project documents
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic

Preferred Experience

• Commercial roofing or construction administration
• Accounts receivable / pay applications
• Subcontractor and vendor coordination
• Job costing or project tracking

• Support Commercial Project Managers and Operations teams with daily administrative needs
• Maintain project files, contracts, change orders, and documentation
• Assist with project setup, tracking, and closeout processes
• Prepare and organize reports, schedules, and project documents
• Coordinate communication between customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Assist with commercial billing, pay applications, invoices, and collections documentation
• Track project deadlines, milestones, and required paperwork
• Maintain accurate records in company software systems
• Assist with purchase orders, material documentation, and vendor coordination
• Support warranty documentation and customer follow-up
• Help ensure compliance with company procedures and project requirements
• Other administrative duties as assigned
