Here at Tarrant Pulmonary Associates, we believe that the Front Desk Receptionist is the first face the patients see, it is imperative to make a good impression. The position requires a background in front staff duties in a medical clinic. We are a busy medical office in Arlington, Texas that is seeking a highly motivated, reliable, and flexible individual for a full-time Front Office Receptionist position with experience in the medical field. We will always train the right individual to join our team!
Our ideal candidate is one who exhibits poise, and professionalism has excellent communication skills, and has a passion for providing superb customer service.
Job Requirements/Duties:
- Experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient computer experience required (i.e., Microsoft Office, email, patient EMR systems (eClinical works), printer/fax/scanner systems).
- Answering phones (must be comfortable with a high call volume).
- Greeting & assisting patients with questions.
- Fluent in health insurance policies (copay, types of insurance, referral, etc.)
- Assisting with other front office duties as required or requested by the manager.
