Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Interprets 300 different types of legal documents filed.
- Gives final verification of each document for statutory and office requirements.
- Electronically redacts personal/sensitive information from instruments.
- Verifies and inputs missing data from automated indexed instruments to generate indices.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of six (6) months work experience.
- Must be bondable.
- Must be familiar with the use of a desktop computer and proficient in data entry, keyboarding, and navigating computer applications.
Physical Demands and Work Environment & Other Requirements
While performing the duties of this position, the incumbent is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, push and pull.
