Where YOU make the impact…
- Create and maintain master data assigned across various systems
- Master data examples include vendors, donors, inventory items, partner agencies, etc.
- Responsible for documenting and maintaining efficient master data processes, including system uploads, master data forms, process maps, and SOP's
- Ensure adherence to defined governance standards
- Conduct master data reviews for completeness, consistency, and relevance
- Reconcile data across systems and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, to ensure scalable, efficient processes
What you need to succeed!
- B.S. in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or related field, or 1–2 years of hands on experience in accounting and IT
- Basic to intermediate level SQL
- Familiarity with ERP & CRM Systems
- Strong analytical, systems, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Highly curious and tolerant of ambiguity
- Proficient in Microsoft products, database software and other applicable accounting and financial software and systems
- You’ll spend most of your time at our Administration building located at 2525 Cullen St.
- You will find yourself frequently standing, walking, sitting, lifting, and pulling up to 50 pounds.
