Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00PM
Location: Ability to support residential properties in areas such as Olympia, Auburn, Kent, Seattle, Sammamish, Puyallup, Bremerton, and Enumclaw.

This position offers a competitive pay rate between $28.00 - $30.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and skills. DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance, or related trade is preferred
- Valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
- Ability to use a personal computer and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as other computer tracking systems used at the property
- Ability to use standard maintenance equipment
