You play a central role in maintaining our property and ensuring resident satisfaction. Your duties involve scheduling and performing preventative maintenance to keep everything in good working order. You're the person we turn to when there are issues with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and more. Handling work orders promptly and professionally is vital, and you make sure residential units are efficiently prepared for the next residents. In emergencies, your on-call service and emergency maintenance skills are put to use.
Additionally, you help with purchasing maintenance supplies and maintaining accurate property invoices. As a committed team member, you participate in company training programs, focusing on safety and non-discrimination, all while adhering to company standards. Your role is essential in providing our residents with a high-quality living environment!

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for someone that meets these requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year or more of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance, or a related trade
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Ability to use a computer and the tracking systems used at the property
- Valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance
- Willingness to comply with all safety regulations
- Ability to be at work on a regular and consistent basis
- Ability to work weekends and non-traditional holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, and crouch as needed
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
