We're hiring a Leasing Associate that is dedicated, personable, and passionate about helping people find their perfect homes Schedule: Saturday - Wednesday, Weekdays: 9 am - 6 pm and Weekends: 10 am - 5 pm Location: Glacier Run Apartments - 12020 Sunrise Blvd. E., Puyallup, WA 98374 What We Require:A minimum of two years sales experience, hospitality or property management background preferred.Computer literacyA high school diploma or equivalentProficiency in preparing Word documents and Excel spreadsheets in addition to property management software is preferableYardi Voyager software experience is highly desired.YieldstarKnowledge of Fair Housing Laws What You'll Do:Warmly welcome visitors and help match them with their ideal apartments.Clearly explain community policies to prospective residents.Engage with both prospective and current residents throughout the day, ensuring they are informed, supported, and satisfied.Serve as an ambassador for the community by showcasing amenities and promoting a positive living experience.Take pride in helping individuals find their new homes and contributing to a thriving residential community.Demonstrate professionalism and excellence in every interaction. Learn a Little About Us: Tarragon Property ServicesTarragon Property Services is a leading company in the property management industry, with a strong focus on providing exceptional services.
