What We Require
- A minimum of two years sales experience, hospitality or property management background preferred.
- Computer literacy
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in preparing Word documents and Excel spreadsheets in addition to property management software is preferable
- Yardi Voyager software experience is highly desired.

- Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
- Warmly welcome visitors and help match them with their ideal apartments.
- Clearly explain community policies to prospective residents.
- Engage with both prospective and current residents throughout the day, ensuring they are informed, supported, and satisfied.
- Serve as an ambassador for the community by showcasing amenities and promoting a positive living experience.
- Take pride in helping individuals find their new homes and contributing to a thriving residential community.
- Demonstrate professionalism and excellence in every interaction.
