Now Hiring: Golf Course Maintenance Worker (Full-Time and Part-Time)
We’re a family-style atmosphere golf course looking for a dependable, hard-working person to join our maintenance crew!
We have full-time and part-time positions that involve working outdoors to help keep our course in great shape for our players. If you enjoy working outside, take pride in doing a good job, and have experience running lawn equipment — we’d love to have you on the team.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate mowers, trimmers, weed whackers, and other lawn equipment.
- Mow fairways, tees, and greens as directed.
- Trim around bunkers, trees, and course edges.
- Help with general groundskeeping — raking, debris cleanup, and light maintenance.
- Work outdoors in all types of weather — rain or shine.
- Follow safety procedures and keep equipment clean and in good condition.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with lawn maintenance equipment (especially weed whackers and mowers).
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow direction.
- Physically able to work on your feet and handle outdoor conditions.
- Positive attitude and team player.
- Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.
Schedule & Pay:
- Part-time position — typically 8-hour shifts, a few days a week.
- Full-time position — typically 8-hour shifts, a five/six days a week.
- Early morning start times (you’ll finish early enough to enjoy the afternoon!).
- Hourly pay based on experience.
