Key Responsibilities
- Course Grooming: Operate walk-behind and riding mowers to maintain greens, tees, fairways, and roughs.
- Landscaping: Perform string trimming, edging, debris blowing, and general course cleanup.
- Course Setup: Change cup locations, move tee markers, and maintain sand bunkers.
- Mechanical Work (If Applicable): Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on golf carts, commercial riding mowers, tractors, and small-engine equipment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Landscaping Experience (Required): 6 months of experience in commercial landscaping, groundskeeping, or golf course maintenance.
- Mechanic Experience (Preferred But Not Required): 1 years of small engine or automotive mechanic experience is a major plus! Mechanic experience is not required to apply, but it is highly valued and will automatically qualify you for the higher pay rate.
- Ability to operate safely and maintain light motorized equipment and hand tools.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and comfortable working outdoors in varying Florida weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
Schedule
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift / Early mornings
- Weekend availability (rotated shifts)
