About the Program:
Tarpon Springs High School Baseball is looking for a dedicated assistant coach who brings energy, baseball knowledge, and a commitment to developing student-athletes starting in the fall of 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the head coach in planning and running daily practices
- Provide instruction in hitting, fielding, pitching, or positional development
- Help foster a positive, disciplined, and team-oriented culture
- Pitching experience preferred
- Ability to throw BP
- Willingness to coach JV
Qualifications:
- Previous playing or coaching experience at the high school, college, or higher level
- Strong knowledge of baseball fundamentals and player development
- Ability to connect with and mentor high school athletes
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
Compensation:
Stipend based on district guidelines and experience
