What You’ll Do
- Sell pre-owned and consigned RVs and boats in a high-traffic dealership environment
- Guide customers through the full purchase process — from initial inquiry to delivery
- Respond quickly to internet, phone, and walk-in leads
- Build and manage a strong pipeline using CRM tools
- Prospect for new business and generate referrals
- Present financing options and work closely with the finance team
- Maintain strong product knowledge across travel trailers, fifth wheels, motorhomes, and boats
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that drives repeat business and referrals
- 1 year of experience in commission sales (RV, automotive, marine, powersports, or similar preferred)
- Strong closing skills and follow-up discipline
- Comfortable working in a 100% commission structure
- $300/week draw option available
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
- Professional communication skills (in-person, phone, and online)
- CRM experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Competitive, uncapped commission structure
