Key Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
- Create and manage CPM (Critical Path Method) schedules for industrial construction projects
- Coordinate schedule inputs with project managers, engineers, and field supervision
- Track project progress, productivity, and milestones
- Identify schedule risks, delays, and recovery plans
- Perform schedule impact analysis and provide mitigation recommendations
- Prepare weekly and monthly schedule reports for leadership and clients
- Support turnaround, maintenance, and capital project scheduling efforts
- Ensure alignment between schedule, manpower planning, and procurement timelines
- 3 years of experience as a Project Scheduler in industrial, oil & gas, refinery, LNG, or petrochemical construction
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 required (Microsoft Project experience a plus)
- Strong understanding of CPM scheduling principles
- Experience supporting heavy civil, structural steel, piping, mechanical, or EPC projects
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project specifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with field teams
- Local to the Coastal Bend region or willing to commute to Ingleside / Corpus Christi, TX
- Experience on LNG, refinery, or petrochemical facilities
- Turnaround or shutdown scheduling experience
- Knowledge of earned value management (EVM)
- Familiarity with industrial safety standards and OSHA requirements
