Dental Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator

Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients and provide an exceptional first impression.
  • Answer phones with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Update patient information and medical histories.
  • Assist with patient paperwork, consent forms, and documentation.
  • Help ensure patient records are accurate and complete.
  • Support the clinical team by preparing necessary information before appointments.
  • Follow daily systems and checklists to keep the office running smoothly.
  • Assist with insurance and administrative tasks as needed.
