Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance person to oversee the daily maintenance needs of our residential apartment complex. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined and possess a strong understanding of property maintenance, and tenant relations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach. . The maintenance person will ensure compliance and regulations while maximizing property performance.
This position can also be provided housing on site.
Duties
- Perform general maintenance requests.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance standards are met.
- Handle tenant maintenance requests and resolve in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with management staff to address property upkeep issues promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants.
Requirements
- Proven experience in property maintenance is preferred.
- Familiarity with Section 8 standards is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships with tenants.
- Experience in property management software is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills are essential for effective tenant and management interactions.
