Job Summary
Tarkett is seeking a strategic, hands-on leader to scale our performance marketing & marketing automation capabilities. This role will own the roadmap for lead monetization, lead scoring, nurture programs, CRM-connected workflows, and marketing performance reporting, with clear accountability to pipeline, revenue, and ROI.
This is not a pure campaign execution role. We need a leader with recent B2B experience who can operate effectively in ambiguity, build structure where it does not yet exist, and drive cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, IT, CRM, and external partners. The right candidate will also bring practical AI expertise and know how to apply AI to improve speed, quality, scale, and commercial impact.
Responsibilities
Own the multi-quarter roadmap for performance marketing, marketing automation, lead monetization, and AI-enabled marketing workflows. Lead strategy and execution for lead scoring, nurture programs, routing, handoff, and CRM-connected marketing processes. Improve marketing's contribution to qualified leads, conversion, pipeline, new business, and ROI. Deep expertise in designing and scaling integrated marketing tech stacks that improve lead flow, data visibility, automation, customer engagement, and revenue performance. Build and lead monthly performance reviews with clear insights, actions, and business recommendations. Identify and implement high-value AI use cases across content, reporting, workflow automation, lead management, and CRM productivity. Partner closely with Sales, Sales Operations, IT, CRM, analytics, and brand teams to drive alignment and execution. Manage agency and vendor performance, ensuring accountability, strategic input, and execution quality.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with recent experience in performance marketing, demand generation, revenue marketing, marketing automation, or closely related areas.
- Proven experience in a complex B2B sales environment with long buying cycles and close alignment between Marketing and Sales.
- Strong experience with marketing automation and CRM-connected workflows, including lead scoring, nurture, routing, handoff, and attribution.
- Demonstrated success building roadmaps, driving cross-functional initiatives, and leading through ambiguity.
- Strong commercial acumen with clear experience tying marketing activity to pipeline, revenue, conversion, and ROI.
- Proven experience applying AI in marketing or commercial workflows in practical, business-relevant ways.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
- Experience managing agencies, consultants, and martech vendors with a high standard of accountability.
Preferred Background
- Manufacturing, building materials, commercial interiors or similar B2B industries.
- Experience with Marketo, Dynamics 365, Power BI, Salesforce, Adobe, Domo or similar platforms.
- Experience in lead monetization, revenue attribution, and marketing contribution reporting.
- Familiarity with AI use cases.
