Assistant Construction Manager

We are seeking an Assistant Construction Manager to support our team at Beynon Sports, an industry leader in the design, manufacture, and construction of world-class running tracks. The Assistant Construction Manager will be working closely with project teams and under the direction of the Construction Manger to support the on-time, on-budget, and high-quality execution of track and sports surfacing projects. You'll assist in day-to-day site operations, coordinate logistics, and help ensure that every Beynon installation meets our exacting performance and safety standards. Help us build the next world-class venue.What you'll do:Support the Construction Manager in daily oversight of site operations for running track and athletic surface installationsCoordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and site logistics to maintain project schedulesMonitor construction progress and assist in resolving on-site challenges proactivelyEnsure job site safety protocols are followed at all timesAssist with documentation, including daily reports, material tracking, RFIs, and quality checksCommunicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and internal teamsTravel to various job sites across the region or country as needed up to 50%What you need for success:2 years of experience in construction or site supervision (experience with sports surfacing preferred)Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field, OR equivalent experienceStrong communication, organization, and time-management skillsAbility to interpret construction drawings and specificationsProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools a plusValid driver's license and willingness to travelExperience with synthetic or polyurethane running track systems (preferred)Familiarity with Beynon products or similar sports surfacing systemsOSHA 10 or 30 certification (preferred)What you can expect:A culture built on teamwork, respect, and entrepreneurial spiritLeadership that invests in your growth and career developmentOpportunities to take on new challenges, cross-train, and expand your skillsetRecognition and rewards for your contributions and achievementsA fast-paced, sports-driven environment where your work makes an impactSound like your kind of team?If you're ready to bring your passion and talent to a company that champions your future, we want to hear from you.
