With a distinctive model that removes traditional consulting grades and promotes genuine collaboration, our client offers consultants the opportunity to work directly alongside senior leadership teams while accelerating their own development.
Due to continued growth in the U.S. market, they are expanding their New York hub and seeking experienced transformation consulting leaders ready to make a measurable difference.
You will design and drive complex, large-scale transformation programmes, partnering closely with Fortune 500 clients to shape strategy and ensure delivery lands effectively and sustainably.
Role Highlights:
– Lead significant transformation workstreams end-to-end
– Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
– Drive programme structure, governance and delivery momentum
– Integrate technology and digital initiatives into change programmes
– Mentor consultants while contributing to firm growth
You Will Need
– 6 years’ consulting experience at a top-tier firm
– Current or recent Manager / Senior Manager level tenure at a top-tier consulting firm
– Proven leadership across large-scale programmes or portfolios
– Strong project and programme management expertise
– Authorisation to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
