We are seeking a Project Manager/Data Analyst to join our team and play a key role in managing and supporting multiple projects simultaneously in order to deliver exceptional client engagements.
Job Description
This is an in-person role with a primary emphasis on data analysis, complemented by significant project management responsibilities. The successful candidate will excel at interpreting and synthesizing complex datasets to deliver actionable insights that inform client decisions. Alongside your analytical work, you will manage key elements of the project lifecycle, from planning and resource coordination to execution and delivery, ensuring initiatives stay aligned with scope and timelines..
Responsibilities
· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, driving alignment and resolving issues proactively.
· Lead and manage multiple client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables are met.
· Identify and mitigate project risks; manage resource allocation to meet deadlines.
· Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
· Engage with clients throughout the engagement lifecycle, from kickoff to final delivery, maintaining strong communication and client satisfaction.
· Coordinate internal resources and manage competing priorities to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
· Audit clients’ Oracle software usage by analyzing data provided (e.g., contracts, orders, technical script outputs).
· Interpret and analyze script outputs and correctly apply Oracle licensing policies together with relevant contractual terms to determine the client’s licensing position.
· Prepare detailed summaries of findings through Excel reports and presentations; communicate results clearly to clients both orally and in writing.
· Attend client meetings and progressively take a leading role in presenting findings and managing discussions.
· Conduct research as needed in response to Oracle-related and licensing questions that arise during engagements.
· Develop and maintain an ongoing understanding of the Oracle product stack (technology, applications, Cloud, Java), including licensing rules and implications.
· Support other team members’ efforts and contribute to process improvements as requested.
· Other tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
· Minimum 3 years of experience in project management.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis.
· Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Highly detail-oriented and analytical; comfortable making data-driven decisions.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
· Experience with Oracle products preferred but not required.
· Familiarity with a programming language (e.g., Python) is a plus.
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
· Fluent English speaker.
· Preferred: experience with Python, R, ETL processes, or business analysis.'},{

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
