Role Description
This is a part time and hybrid role for a Business Development Intern, based in Northwest Arkansas. The intern will be responsible for conducting market research, generating leads, analyzing data, and contributing to the development of business strategies. They will assist with customer service tasks, actively engage with clients, and contribute to fostering strong relationships. The role includes various analytical and communication tasks to support the company’s growth objectives.
Successful candidates will have a full time offer post graduation.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging with new people via phone, email, and video
- Genuine excitement about working in a fast-paced startup environment and learning how early-stage companies grow
- Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn sales, business development, and go-to-market strategies
- Ability to handle feedback well and continuously improve through coaching
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently
- Comfortable using basic tools (Google Workspace, CRM systems, Slack) or willing to learn quickly
- Professional, positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) OR in a looking to jump back into the workforce after a sabbatical via part time work that converts to a full time role in Q4 of 2026
