Superintendent | Hospitality Renovation - Traveling

Nationwide Travel | $120K-$140K Per Diem Travel Expenses

We are a growing hospitality renovation contractor seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead occupied hotel renovation projects across the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field operations
• Coordinate subcontractors and self-perform crews
• Maintain schedule, quality, and safety standards
• Work directly with hotel management and ownership
• Oversee guestroom, corridor, lobby, and public area renovations
  
  

Requirements

• 5 years as a Superintendent
• Hospitality renovation experience
• Experience working in occupied hotels
• Procore and Bluebeam
• OSHA 30
• Ability to travel nationwide
  
  

Preferred

• Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, or Omni experience
• FF&E experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish
  
  

Ideal Candidate: Someone who knows how to renovate active hotels while maintaining guest experience and brand standards.
