Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain client and job data in CRM
- Oversee CRM workflows and communication between departments
- Coordinate schedules for estimators, sales staff, and service crews
- Track estimates, proposals, and key sales metrics
- Assist with billing, receivables, and service coordination
