Promotional Products Account Executive
Location: Tallahassee, FL (in-office)
Schedule: FT, 40 hours a week, 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
Compensation: $20/hr uncapped commission on promotional product orders (potential for $1K/month commission or more)

About this role: Target Print & Mail (TPM) is a leading commercial printer specializing in printing, signs, graphic design, promotional products and direct mail services.
We are seeking a friendly, motivated and process-oriented new member of our customer service team, focusing on the ad specialties or promotional products market. In this role you would be responsible for sourcing and purchasing promotional products for discerning local and national clients. This could be anything from a simple pen or mug to a custom-made barstool or trade show booth.
You would consult with your clients on their marketing goals, learn how to promote their brand, research options and pricing among the millions of promo items available, communicate clearly with clients about their options, and oversee the purchase and delivery of their branded pieces.

Essential Tasks of the Promotional Products Account Manager:
- Translate customer visions into beautiful branded pieces
- Create quotes based on complex pricing structures
- Help your client meet their goals within often tight budgets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Comfortable cultivating new relationships with new prospects
- Work under tight deadlines and occasionally stressful time constraints
- Have a strong attention to detail
- Strive for perfection in every project
- Work on sensitive projects and keep client projects confidential
- Communicate via email and phone clearly & professionally
- Maintain a positive, can-do attitude
The ideal candidate has the following:
- Two (2) years of experience managing accounts and providing excellent customer service to decision-makers
- Top notch verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of marketing & branding strategies
- 2-year associate’s degree or equivalent
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Ability to commute to our Tallahassee-based office Monday - Friday
- Strong drive to close deals and grow the business
