Role Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist for Lathe and or Milling operations in Ipswich, MA. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will operate machinery to produce precision parts, set up and program CNC machines, and inspect finished products to meet quality standards. Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the efficient and accurate production of components. You will collaborate closely with the team to meet production goals while adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Machine Operation and Machining
- Experience with Milling and handling specialized Machinery or Experienced with Lathe and handling specialized Machinery
- Strong skills in Quality Control and inspecting finished products for accuracy
- Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience in CNC programming is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is an advantage
