About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic, multi-skilled professional to join our team as a Part-Time CRM Sales Consultant & Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a blend of experience in CRM consulting, IT project coordination, and software sales. This is a client-facing role requiring someone who can manage projects, deliver software demos, contribute to proposals, and help close new CRM deals.
- Manage and coordinate CRM-related IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Provide product consultations and software demos to potential clients.
- Understand customer needs and propose CRM solutions accordingly.
- Contribute to the preparation of client proposals and help close new CRM projects.
- Maintain and update internal CRM systems and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Tech, Customer Success).
- (Optional) Provide accent and communication coaching to internal team members.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in CRM consulting, IT project coordination, or software sales.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales workflows.
- Experience in giving product demos and handling client interactions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar CRMs.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote work setting.
- (Preferred but optional) Experience in training or coaching team members in communication/soft skills.
- Familiarity with proposal writing and sales pipeline management.
- Previous experience working in a startup or fast-paced tech environment.
- Experience with basic business analysis or requirements gathering.
