Targazyme is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal & Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and personal support. This role requires exceptional professionalism, discretion, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced biotechnology environment.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage the CEO's complex calendar, scheduling meetings, travel, and appointments.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, meeting materials, and briefing documents.
- Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, emails, and executive communications.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications and requests.
- Track deadlines, action items, and follow-up tasks across multiple projects.
- Assist with investor, board, scientific, and business meetings.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Coordinate meetings with investors, researchers, physicians, collaborators, and business partners.
- Organize confidential documents and maintain electronic filing systems.
- Prepare expense reports and assist with budgeting and invoice tracking.
- Support conference planning, event coordination, and executive logistics.
- Assist with grant submissions, regulatory documentation, and administrative projects as needed.
- Conduct research and compile information for executive decision-making.
Personal Assistance
- Coordinate personal appointments and scheduling.
- Assist with errands and personal administrative tasks as needed.
- Manage reservations, travel, and special projects.
- Handle confidential personal matters with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2 years of executive assistant, administrative, or related experience.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Experience coordinating travel and managing executive calendars.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in biotechnology, healthcare, legal, or startup environments is a plus.
Preferred Skills
