Tareen Dermatology is seeking an organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented Marketing Operations & Outreach Coordinator to join our growing Marketing team.

The Marketing Operations & Outreach Coordinator supports the execution and coordination of marketing initiatives across Tareen Dermatology locations. This role helps keep projects, campaigns, content, events, and outreach activities organized, on schedule, and effectively implemented.

Working closely with the Director of Marketing, Marketing Managers, Clinical Referral Manager, providers, Aesthetic teams, and external partners, this position supports patient acquisition, brand awareness, community engagement, and referral growth.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position requiring local and regional travel to Tareen Dermatology locations, community events, and outreach activities. Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required for events.

Qualifications
Required

• Strong project coordination, organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with multiple teams, locations, providers, and external partners
• Comfort using social media, email, content-management, CRM, project-management, and other marketing tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort using approved AI tools and emerging marketing technology to improve efficiency and workflows
• Ability to travel locally and regionally and support occasional evening or weekend events

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or comparable professional experience
• Two or more years of experience in marketing, project coordination, events, outreach, communications, or a related field
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Asana, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace
• Experience in healthcare, dermatology, aesthetics, multi-location organizations, events, or community outreach

Essential Responsibilities
Marketing Operations and Project Coordination

• Manage marketing projects, requests, timelines, approvals, and deliverables using Asana and other department tools
• Maintain campaign calendars and coordinate priorities across Marketing, providers, Aesthetic teams, clinic locations, vendors, and agency partners
• Support website updates, landing pages, email and SMS development, scheduling, testing, and other campaign implementation needs
• Maintain organized marketing files, templates, brand assets, photographs, videos, and campaign materials
• Coordinate marketing vendors, promotional materials, signage, and inventory
• Support the development of repeatable processes, templates, and department workflows

Content Coordination

• Coordinate the collection of provider, staff, location, and patient-facing marketing content
• Support photography and video coordination, patient testimonials, before-and-after content, and treatment stories in accordance with approved consent and privacy requirements
• Maintain an organized and searchable content library by provider, location, service, treatment, and campaign
• Support Brand Ambassador content coordination, scheduling, and deliverables
• Assist with approved social media scheduling, publishing, and campaign execution

Aesthetic Marketing Support

• Support Aesthetic promotions, treatment campaigns, events, and patient-education initiatives
• Coordinate before-and-after, testimonial, provider, and treatment content needed for campaigns
• Assist with promotional materials, campaign implementation, and in-practice marketing
• Help ensure approved campaigns are implemented consistently across social media, email and SMS, websites, digital channels, and in-practice materials

Events and Community Outreach

• Support community events, screenings, Lunch and Learns, outreach activities, and other patient-acquisition or referral initiatives
• Coordinate event logistics, including registration, materials, signage, giveaways, staffing support, setup, content capture, and follow-up
• Support the Clinical Referral Manager with outreach follow-up, scheduling, materials, CRM updates, and relationship touchpoints
• Represent Tareen Dermatology at appropriate community, professional, educational, and networking events
• Share relevant field insights, questions, and community feedback with the Marketing team

Cross-Functional Marketing

• Collaborate with the Director of Marketing, Marketing Managers, Clinical Referral Manager, agency partners, providers, Aesthetic teams, and operational teams
• Support initiatives involving social media, websites, email and SMS, digital campaigns, events, content, and other marketing functions based on department needs
• Use approved AI tools and marketing technology to improve workflows, organization, content support, and execution efficiency
• Maintain appropriate human review, brand standards, accuracy, privacy, and healthcare compliance when using marketing technology
• Assist with other marketing initiatives and responsibilities based on department and organizational priorities
